Virgin Media: Austrian IP Address

As it says, my IP address is austrian and its driving google/gmail cracked with the search results & security risk emails. I've tried resetting the router but didnt get an irish one. Anyone else having this problem?

Maxmind will update next on the first of March, 10 days away, and from then the geo records should be correct.
