Maybe the wood windows are good, just fitted badly, and refitting with proper seal can do the job?

We used DL Windows in the end, got the whole house done before Christmas. Happy with the product and service. From research them, Keane, and templeogue all have a good rep.

they are fitted badly. they were from munster joinery but just shoved in by the builders. I have got them painted a couple of times but they just aren't weathering well. They look fine on the inside but if i git the right price I would be happy to change them

We got a storm door, front door, and back door, and all windows replaced. We went with treble glazing as the price difference was very small. I would think the doors would be around 3k, so for the full house just windows (and some bloody big windows at that) id say about 6k. happy with the product from a sound and warmth point of view.
