Okay I've been extremely unfortunate in that I've had 4 hamstring grade 2 tears, 2 in each leg.. Went to see so many different physios and I know by now that they're not going to fix me, went to Anthony (star) geoghan before and he didn't fix me.. Also went to Eanna falvey before Xmas and I've been on a running/weights programme since to only receive another setback and tearing it again tonight.. I've a pain in my lower back but never been sore enough to really give out about it, also get a severe pain in my upper back when I'm driving long journies.. Anyone know anyone who can help me? I'm so desperate at this stage, I'm 20 years of age and need to get back playing hurling at inter county level!

Most hamstring problems are caused by weak and lazy glutes

go and see a fully qualified strength and conditioning coach
    get a program
    stick to the program
