    Hi guys,
I've searched a bit for this and can't really get definite answer. We're looking at buying a house that's partially finished. It's up to 1st fix stage, would anyone have a rough idea how much it would be to finish it including landscaping, nothing fancy just standard enough finish. House is 2400sq feet and it has Windows doors etc and site levelled.
    Thanks alot

If your at first fix your at approx 40-50% of the the way through the build. Assuming you going to get a main contractir to finish it out I would budget approx 150k to complete it out to a basic builders spec again this all assumes work complete is sound. The figure above is builder only and would nor including any developments fees, connection fees and other professional fees.
