I'm looking to pick up a few metres of PVC pipe for a little project and I'm advised to use 3/4" ID / 1"OD Schedule PVC pipie. A little Googling suggests this is an American brand that's not too popular this side of the water. A little further googling suggests that this type of pipe will hold approximately 480psi. Is there a metric version similar in size to what I need?

Note that I'll be heating it up with a blowtorch and bending it slightly. It should be 3-4mm thick also.
