With less than a month to go, this is a great race organised by a club to help the club expand. all the money goes into the club.

its a nice route, male pb of 26:22 and Female PB of 28:44

great value race in the Midlands

Good race. Well run, good route and fine post-race feed. Recommend.

Is this race part trail? I've only done road running so not sure this one will suit!

    Hi

the route is a mixture of road and trail, although the trail really is as good as the road and not too demanding , its a nice route. Honestly its suitable for anyone and enjoyable

    Hi

The route is up on St Michael AC facebook page, its a reverse of last years route,
The start is close to the entrance of Emo Park in Laoise and the finish is close to the back of emo gaa, on the start of a forest road.

    Happy Running
