I have a memorial mass for an uncle in a couple of weeks and I'm looking for a copy in full of a poem by Diarmuid o Suilleabhain.

I'm not sure of the title but I believe this is one of the stanzas:
Not for Rees Wilson or the Saxon jenkins
The quite clear cup of courage
Distilled to life's last wilful drop
Ever merging with the sparkle of Mayo streams
And the gentle Sheddings of her weeping yew and Heather
The fushia tears beloved by Pearse and Mellows
All to the bright imemorable river
Sing the Phoenix song of centuries
    Freedoms song, louder than ever.

I've tried searching for parts or all of this verse online and I'm getting zilch. Any one know this poem?
