Looking for a poem by Diarmuid o Suilleabhain

    I have a memorial mass for an uncle in a couple of weeks and I'm looking for a copy in full of a poem by Diarmuid o Suilleabhain.

    I'm not sure of the title but I believe this is one of the stanzas:
    Not for Rees Wilson or the Saxon jenkins
    The quite clear cup of courage
    Distilled to life's last wilful drop
    Ever merging with the sparkle of Mayo streams
    And the gentle Sheddings of her weeping yew and Heather
    The fushia tears beloved by Pearse and Mellows
    All to the bright imemorable river
    Sing the Phoenix song of centuries
    Freedoms song, louder than ever.

    I've tried searching for parts or all of this verse online and I'm getting zilch. Any one know this poem?
