Silent Study Area for non-TCD students?

Hi Everyone, I am up in dublin for exams in a few weeks and was wondering can anyone recommend any area that a non-TCD person can study in? I need a relatively quiet area and preferably one open during the weekends too? Any Advice would be a huge huge help, thanks!

Any of the public libraries? There's one on Pearse St.
