In my experience Cydectin 1% is the most effective for scab, however withdrawal is 12 weeks.

I believe two ivermectin (eg Ivomec Classic) based injections given 7 days apart can also be effective with a shorter 22 day withdrawal.

A call to your vet would probably give you more up to date information than I can.

    +1
The only time i ever had it n the sheep, I injected them twice and showered them twice and eventually put down a dipping bath and cured it in two dippings.
I'd have saved a lot of money if i put down a tub at the start.
I never got it properly diagnosed, so really don't know what it really was, but it was a severe itch anyway.......dip every year now
