Ryanair "Post Trip Survey"

Did anyone else out there get the Ryanair post trip survey?
I got one today referring to flights last October and I'm wondering what FR are playing at here. It is so unRyanair to actually care what the customer thinks.
I have yet to complete it.

I got one too, can't recall flying with them in ages so am assuming it's a scam.

I got one about a flight I have booked for travel in May, asking how the flight was!

I got one too-but I can't remember the last time I flew with Ryanair! I think it might have been last April.

I got one from both Ryanair & Aerlingus both arrived at the same time. Didnt even open them yet not sure if some polling company is doing a survey of the airlines in IRE

I flew with them last Sept but the way the email reads it sounds like I just got back from my trip.

Hence I thought it was a scam email.

I haven't flown with them since last August and I received it. I clicked into it to see and my trip location is blank (I didn't complete it).

Got one too... haven't flown since Sept.
Wonder was it an email job gone wonky?

I think it's a real Net Promoter Score survey but an IT cockup that all the emails went out. Also the email comes form ryanairemail.com which doesn't help.

I guess you've not been paying much attention to them or their media campaign in the last 2 years or so then.

I got the impression that someone in marketing thought "we already spam them but how do we spam them more to put Ryanair into their head without making it look like we are spamming".

At least it's a short survey, you won't lose too much time out of your day completing it!

Didn't click on any links, went to ryanairemail.com and it was a default windows server webpage at that point. All the links to twitter and their homepage went to this site with a url which I presume was linked to our email addresses, so I'm super suspicious. Reported as phishing to be safe...

Edit: Then again I have other emails in the past with that URL, so maybe I'm being overly cautious.

I got one for a trip I haven't taken yet!!

I got one and flew with them last week, but as it was booked through work they wouldn't have had my email associated with it so I assumed it was spam.

Just got a follow up mail from them, subject "Sorry - we sent you the wrong email"
Although we really want to get your feedback, we understand we got our timing wrong! The email we sent asking for feedback was intended for Ryanair customers who recently took a trip.
We're sorry if we bothered you and we hope to see you on board soon.
    Have a lovely weekend.

I'm still chasing them for those €10 vouchers they promised me and loads of other users back in November...

Lo and Behold I just got the revised email:

We're sorry if we bothered you and we hope to see you on board soon.

I think somebody in FR is having finger trouble today.

    It's a legit Ryanair domain.

Yeah I realized that after two seconds on a whois site! At first glance it just looks like the type of URL they have in banking or Apple phishing emails.
