    Hi all,

As the title says. Does anyone know how to format numbers in MS excel so that when I send them to my iPhone they will appear as a hyperlink that I can tap and dial, like what happens in emails currently?

I have formatted the cells for phone numbers etc but they do not turn into hyperlinks once sent to phone. Is this even possible?

    Any help appreciated.

Emails use "mailto:x@example.com" to create that hyperlink you see. The phone equivalent is just tel.
    <a href="tel:0871234567">087 123 4567</a>

For excel dropping the HTML bit and just using tel:number may work.
