Currently have VM 120mb, bridged tc7200 to asus rt-n16 (running merlin) in one room, cat6 cable to gig switch at back of house and then to trusty Buffalo 802.11g router running as AP beside main tv.
Family have new ac wifi toys so looking to upgrade AP.
Would like to have dependable dual band, support ac, guest network and ideally gig speed lan/wan ports and support 3rd party firmware.
Only looking to spend about €50...
Not planning on upgrading to 240/360mbs on VM (will probably switch to eir/vodafone) so I think an archer c7/8/9 is over the top.
Looking at the tp-link range there is the c2, c20i, c50.
    Any others to look at?

    WW
