    Just reading in FJ about a new producer group that's paying premium prices for texel and beltex E & U grade lambs through kepak. Anybody know much about them ?

    No, but was reading the same in the indo and was thinking the same thing. Wonder do they have hauliers round the country. Id be interested but wont be driving them to Athleague.

    The bit that caught my eye is the journal says they've negotiated 30c kg bonus for U grade lambs

    Yeah the indo had it at €7 a lamb if you hit the bonuses..i think.

    Wonder who's setting the base price, we get 35c for them too but factory sets the base price

    Good question! If they have contracts in place for orders, wonder will they discuss price. I see on the FB page they have the weight limits up for the year ahead.

    Most groups would have the weight limits for the year ahead at this stage, so that wouldn't be unusual
