is there such a thing as hired help that are somewhat experienced around sheep to be got? do farm relief have people? at the minute my sheep enterprise is fairly profitable, howeveri am working as well and if i could get in hired help for 2-3 weeks it would really pay me in terms of good lambing percentages and management. my father is at home this year but from next year on i would like to get in help and he can just delegate if needs be.

im doing the h dip next year so each year i will be around for a week in february and easter for 2 weeks so i wouldnt need too many weeks of help, also i would home at around 4;30- 5 pmeach evening, so hours wouldnt be overly taxing.

does anyone know how much a day this would cost?
