Topup not going through

    Topped up phone online using AIB banking on line at 10am and it is still not showing up on the phone?

    There are a number of issues impacting mobile data, making and receiving calls and mobile top-ups. Apologies for this disruption in service and thank you for your patience while our engineers work to restore service as soon as possible.

    Ok, I recieved no less than 3 texts from Eir last night to thank me for topping up but still my phone is showing zero balance its very annoying
