BMW Media & Bluetooth

Hi all, I recently purchased a 2014 3 series BMW, great car, the problem I have is the media player is a bit laggy when accessing USB keys that are over 16gb in size. Another issue I have is that the bluetooth only connects to 1 phone at a time and I can't get it to stream any audio, any advice?
