    Hello,

My father has given me an old gold coin (i think its a florin) and a silver coin to give to my future wife for the wedding coin.

However both coins are slightly dirty :( i know most people recommend not to clean old coins) but is there anywhere that would clean them ?

It's not gold if it's a florin, that was a two shilling piece which would have been originally silver. Any markings to indcate the monarch (if either is British), year and/or face value? Can't advise you on cleaning.
