    Dear Sirs 

    I received email notification today regarding urgent action on my account.  When I logged in I noticed that this relates to my previous property that I was renting between 23rd March and 14th August 2015.  On the 27th August 2015 I moved to a new rental address where I am still living and where I am registered with Irish water as a tenant.  I note however that you are still billing me for the water charges at my previous address.  I am aware that there are new tenants at the previous address since my departure last August but I do not have their contact names or details and have not received any forwarded post from that address.  However I would not expect that I should have to pay water charges on two properties at any one time as a tenant and I would be grateful if you could rectify this issue asap.  I am not able to contact anybody by phone to discuss this matter so I would hope you could contact me at your earliest convenience to let me know how this can be resolved.
