I get most of mine through minecraftforum.net, which usually link you to a site like Curse or something for the download.

Hunger games is usually a game played with a large group on public servers though, perhaps that's what they meant? There isn't any download involved, the map is hosted on the server. Or are they hoping to host the game for themselves and their friends?
