4tb wd hdd to new build - only allowed to use 2tb partition

    I have a new build -

    Mobo is an asrock h97m pro4
    Windows 10 on ssd

    I want to add a WD Green 4TB as internal storage - it is showing as 2 partitions in disk management

    The first Partition allows new simple volume and the second partition doesn't.

    How do I create 1 partition to get the max amount of space available on 4tb drive?
