Maintenance - Oil/Grease for chain derailleur?

    Hi all,

    Took up cycling about 10 months ago for commuting, about once a week I oil my chain using a spray oil. I then use a rag to remove excess oil. I think it's this one but I can't check as I'm at work:

    After about a week my chain shows signs of rust again (I presume from the bad weather?)

    I've seen people mention greasing their derailleurs and chains and oiling them aswell. Can anyone tell me how what I should be doing to keep my bike ticking over?

    Grease/oil, what parts and how often?
