How do you notify customers to a supply disruption other than the website? I have just discovered we have no water supply as I'm making bottles for my baby. Obviously if I had prior notice I would have made them however now I have a very hungry baby.

    Hi LynseyG,

    Thanks for contacting us.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Due to the nature of works, it is not always possible to give prior notice of a supply disruption. However, we are working on methods of notifying customers proactively of outages in their locality.

We notify customers on our website and tweet any notice of supply disruptions on our dedicated customer care Twitter page, @IWCare.

We hope this information will help in future.

    Kind regards,
    Mairead
