    Morning all,

I'm waiting on a transfer to be cleared on my account. I just went into my online account to look at the IBAN and BIC transfer details. The IBAN number on my current statement is different to the one that I see when I sign into my Banking 365 account. Will this difference mean that my money will not be transferrred to my account and has gone elsewhere??

    Good Afternoon DeadlyTwig,

Thanks for contacting us here on Boards.ie. If your IBAN is showing different sort codes (this is the 6 digits after BOFI starting with 90-) it may be because your account opening branch has since closed or been moved to another branch. You can still use this older IBAN or the one displayed on your 365 Online profile. Funds transferred under either IBAN will still reach the destined account.

I hope this answers your query.

    Thanks,

    Evie
