    Hi

    i have applied to get my own water conncetion to my house as i was informed that the reason for my poor water pressure was due to the fact that i share a water supply with next door, i sent the application off 5 weeks ago and was told a few days later that i would get a call in 2 days but am still waiting 4 weeks later, i have tried to ring the department on marrowbone lane on numerous occasions over the last 3 weeks but can never get an answe, can smeone please contcact me to let me knows whats happening? it is very frustrating being told the wrong information and then being ignored. I would appreicate if someone could get back to me asap,
