What to look out for in a car with very low mileage for its year?

I'm very interested in a car from a dealer that has just under 60k miles yet is 14 years old. It'll be my first car, so I'm totally clueless on what to look out for.

Anything I should check out to find out why it has such low mileage? Could it have been off road for a long time? If so, anyway I can check the history out?

Service history. Old nct certs. Receipts.

Don't buy a car just because it has low mileage though.
