Powder brush

Can anyone recommend a good powder brush? I spent €40 on a Smashbox brush but it leaves hair on my neck and face. I mistakenly thought that paying extra meant the brush was good quality.

I got a lovely powder brush in TK Maxx by the brand SoEco. It was around 7 euro and it is lovely. I've only had it since December, but it has washed well and not a bit of shedding.
