    My girlfriend lives in Armagh City. She can receive a great number of the TV's stations broadcasting out of the Republic RTE1'2, 3e and a number of the other minor stations like the Oireachtas but NOT RTE1 and that is what she is trying to achieve.

    I've attempted a manual retune of channels 55 and 59 which I understand are two of the channel numbers you can receive RTE in in the Armagh area. I live at the opposite end of the town and receive all the Republics TV stations. Am I using the right frequencies is there any other channel numbers I can use?

    Many people receive RTE1,2 and TG4 via a Northern transmitter an auto scan has picked up nothing here. What channel might I fine tune to?

    As far as I know her TV is full HD. She has an amplifier

    As I mentioned above it is just RTE 1 she's missing and it is the one she is after. If I could achieve that I would certainly earn Brownie Points. Can anyone help a fellow in love.
