Portable fan heater in car, dangerous?

    Would a portable blow heater sitting in the back seat of a car ran with an extension lead be somehow unhealthy in anyway? im just wondering as it is small space and I would have it on alot sitting in my car for the day? The window would be slightly open to fit the wire through
