Not sure if this is the right forum but I arrived home from work to find a blob of bird crap on the wing of my car, anyone know the best way to clean it as I don't want to do any damage to the paint work?

Hosing it off is the easiest and safest way to do it.

You did the right thing with the wet tissue. If it happens again, try to get it off asap and not let it dry in. If it's dry, just leave the tissues on top of it for a minute to soften it then wipe it away. Don't put pressure on it and try to rub it off as this can often mar the paint.
