Converting shed into games room, insulation?

I'm moving house next month and have a 15 foot x 13 foot shed out the back.
It was used as a workshop and I've been told it is built with cavity blocks. It seems to be perfectly dry.

I'm trying to turn it into a games room on a very tight budget. I will be spending quite a bit of time out there though so definitely want it as warm as possible.

What are my best options for the walls and ceiling?

Possibly might level the floor as well?

    Thanks

Batten out the walls and fix insulated plasterboard to the battons might be one option.

Looks like that's what I'll go with so.

Would it cost much to get someone to do it or is it ok to do yourself?

For a games room, I'd have a go myself. I'd need someone to plaster after me though.

Have a go yourself. The insulated board should go up fine once you have rhe right fixings and in relation to the plaster again the right filler mud and the right tape and just take your time. There are some good tutorial videos online for this check out houseimorovements.com on youtube
