Last December I filed medical expenses for 2011,12,13, and 2014 via the online paye system. I expected to receive 20% refund. I got balancing statements for 2012, 13 and 14. Nothing at all for 2011. For 2012 and 2014 the amounts refunded were much less than 20% and for 2013 it says I owe revenue €350!
I'm assuming that my employer has made a mistake somehow in my wages and revenue are correct but how can I find out for sure? Also, is it strange that I am still awaiting the 2011 balancing statement. Have emailed revenue 10 days ago re this but no reply. Anyone any insights?
