Anyone know of a strength and conditioning coach in Cork geared towards runners? Can't find anyone that caters for it. I know there's loads of personal training options but all seem to be general short term intense get fit plans. Looking for a long term options to keep it ticking over. Any suggestions?

Robbie Williams if you can get him to call you back that is. He does same for Rob Heffernan. If you can get him to give you a program you will be set. Good guy.
