I am receiving Rent allowance. I live alone. My landlord has offered to sell the property to my sister who lives in the UK. My sister will be my new landlord if she buys the house. I will continue to live alone. Will my rent allowance be affected?

In the area I live in the CWO would not accept your sister as your landlord but it's pretty much at your CWOS discretion and you need to speak to him or her about that
