Build spec - opinions, question about drivers

My brother is putting together a PC. He's done his research and as far as I can see it's specced well, but I haven't done any research myself for about 2 years.

He wants to use it for Gaming (GTA, FPS, open world games), Streaming, Internet, Windows 10 OS. He doesn't want to overclock and may upgrade the graphics card in the future. Has all peripherals.

He's going to buy it from Hardwareversand, they're still reputable right?

Only thing he's done different to what I would have done for my build is get an AMD instead of Intel processor and get 8GB instead of 16GB ram, but I needed more than he would.

So does that all seem good? And should there be any trouble getting drivers to work with these for Windows 10, and if not is there a workaround?

He's better off with Intel, the Athlon x4 is lagging. What's the final budget?

Yeah that processor is not great, at a minimum get an i3-4160 @ €120. If the budget is tight and cannot be stretched, drop the card to a GTX750Ti, can always be upgraded later....but that processor will deliver weak framerates in a lot of the latest games...and AMD is just a poor choice overall, vastly inferior to Intel.
