HELP Sunvic boiler thingy - controller

We recent had some work done in the house which meant the boiler was moved. The controller thingy is now not speaking to the boiler. The only way to switch the boiler on and off is with the main switch. I can't find anyone who knows this system. Is there anyone here who can come around to look at it before my head…
