Austrian resort for beginner group?

I'm organizing a group trip for next January and I'm looking for recommendations for a good resort. The group will be around 10/12 people and the majority will be beginners. Main criteria would be easy terrain, close to village, good school, and decent apres. Thanks.

I think Saalbach (surprise surprise!) is a great spot. Ye will all be skiing back to the village by midweek, great apres, all built around the village, good schools, short transfers.
Pension Enzian is brilliant, and good value. You'd need to book early to make sure you get rooms though!
