can't leave positive feedback on ebay.

    Hi all. So I bought something off ebay and it wasn't correct. Mailed the seller and he said he will mail the correct item and I don't need to return the wrong item. So I went to leave feedback and put in my feedback and selected 5 stars for every thing. I then click"leave feedback" then the following appears " Please enter additional comments"

    You need to enter a line of text in the text field above the stars. Something like "Professionally handled shipping error" will do. If the text entry field isn't showing up, try accessing it from a different browser. If you are adding text, try making sure you aren't using oddball characters that could be throwing off the system.

    If I recall correctly you also need to select Positive just above the box you type the text.

    As suggested try another browser.
