sky remote for ferguson tv advice

I have this sky box,

I,m trying to setup my sky remote ,
to use tv .change the volume ,sound control.
My sky remote is serial no 3104 204 1345 as in the link above.
my tv is lcd hd ferguson model no FL32WX2

I,ve tried all the ferguson codes i can find here ,on all the sky remote models .

Anyone have any advice re getting the sky remote setup for
sound ,volume on this tv.
I set the volume from the menu plus minus buttons on the tv .the ferguson
TV remote does not work .
i don,t know which sky remote i have,
is it version 6, 8 . ?
so i just tried all the codes for all the sky remotes .
Sky remote works fine to change channels but does not control the tv volume .

this is the remote i have .
looks like remote version 9.

I tried the menu ,interactive mode,program your remote,
The tv code is 2137 for my tv ,i tried it ,it does not work.
I can change the sound volume using the original remote,
by using menu,volume, plus ,minus buttons ,
The volume button on the remote just goes to channel 3 on the tv.

this is the remote i have .
looks like remote version 9.

Take off the back door where the batteries go on and there is a white sticker telling you the rev no.
1341 and 1068 if rev 8

2137 if revision 9 according to sky.

earlier revisions will not work with the tv.

I connected up a sky plus box and bought a new sky plus remote .i put in code 2137 Ferguson TV code ,
Now everything works perfectly .
The sticker on the old remote is worn and not readable .
I got code 2137 using menu interactive
programming your remote option
.my old sky plus remote is dead eg no red lights when I press button even with new battery's in it .
It does not control the sky box.
So I bought a new remote to replace it .
2137 is not listed as a Ferguson code in the sky remote manual .

New codes are constantly been added hence new revisions of remote n you can always load the guide by pressing interactive on the remote
