Hey Guys Have been doing ballinastoe for a little while now on the main track, was wondering if anyone has any tips or recommendations for some of the "other" tracks up there. Im pretty new to mtb but would like to try some of the other types of track or just something new. I have in mind to do Glenealy over the summer so would like to try and get some practice at ballinastoe on some of the tracks that are more similiar to that. any advice would be appreciated
    thanks

Yeah I thought about that but my work schedule and having to work around kids I probably would hardly ever get out with a club. So thought maybe someone would be able to offer a little advice...

Advice is try and go out with a club, the off-piste stuff could get you lost or hurt when on your own, that's why they made trail centres, clear defined marked paths well within the ability of most people...

Definitely join a club. In my club any member can post a spin at any time, so you will find members who are up for a spin at any time really. Plus some of the best trails there are quite hard to find, and you will get lost easily (personal experience speaking!)
