Typically how much do "delivery and related charges" add to a cars price?

Hate this on adverts, if the buyer can't avoid them then it should be illegal to advertise a price minus them.

Probably from 500 to a grand depending on the manufacturer.

And because the dealer is entitled to charge whatever they want for delivery, the distributor doesn't advertise including it.
