c5 suspension sphere

    hey, just wondering, is it possible to have the rear suspension sphere refurbished with a new seal inside it? i got a second hand sphere but my mechanic cant figure out how to replace it? anyone any experience with this or replacing the sphere itself? and roughly the cost?

    New spheres are not expensive. Take it to any Citroen garage or specialist, it's not difficult but it does need to be done correctly!

    If your mechanic can't figure out how to unscrew a suspension sphere and screw in a new one then you need a new mechanic. Seriously.

    its leaking from the housing rather then the sphere itself i meant to say
