503 error when trying to post anonymously

I'm trying to post anonymously in the personal issues forum. I log out, type everything out and do the capcha thing but when I try to post I get a 503 error. Am I doing something wrong? Also, the app asks for login when I try to post anonymously through it.

This was part of the problems surrounding the DDoS and Cloudflare addition.
