Bit of off season discussion - If you were to put together a team composing of the draft class of each year how would they rank?

For instance an example of 2010's would be:

    QB - Sam Bradford
    RB - CJ Spiller
WR - Demaryius Thomas, Dez Bryant, Antonio Brown
    TE - Rob Gronkowski
    LT - Trent Williams
    RT - Russell Okung
G - Mike Iupati, Zane Beadles
    C - Mike Pouncey

DE - Jason Pierre-Paul, Lamar Houston
DT - Nadumukong Suh, Geno Atkins
OLB - Sean Lee, Navarro Bowman
    MLB - Rolando McClain
CB - Joe Haden, Devin McCourty
S - Eric Berry, Earl Thomas

Obviously certain positions and the scheme are open to change and interpretation and feel free to do so, or post a lineup of the year you think would beat the rest.

2001 was quite good. I'm probably forgetting obvious players and had to look some up etc, but anyway:

    2001:

QB - Drew Brees, Mike Vick
    RB - LaDanian Tomlinson
WR - Reggie Wayne, Steve Smith, Santana Moss
    TE - Todd Heap
    LT - Matt Light
    RT - Floyd Womack
G - Steve Hutchinson, Leonard Davis
    C - Dominic Raiola

DE - Justin Smith, Kyle Vanden Bosch
DT - Richard Seymour, Casey Hampton
    OLB - Dan Morgan, ???
    MLB - Kendrell Bell
CB - Nate Clements, Will Allen
S - Adrian Wilson, Marlon McCree

    Cool idea

2011 is a ridiculously sick draft class (except for G, MLB, S) with Cam and Von Miller just after playing in the Super Bowl:

QB - Cam Newton, Andy Dalton
RB - DeMarco Murray, Mark Ingram
WR - AJ Green, Julio Jones, Randall Cobb
TE - Kyle Rudolph, Jordon Cameron, Julius Thomas
    LT - Tyron Smith
    RT - Nate Solder
G - Jason Kelce (Bad draft for Guards so moving Kelce here), James Carpenter
    C - Mike Pouncey

DE - Von Miller, JJ Watt, Robert Quinn (Backup), Cameron Jordon (Backup)
DT - Marcell Dareus, Muhammad Wilkerson
OLB - Aldon Smith, Justin Houston, Ryan Kerrigan (Backup)
    MLB - Akeem Dent
CB - Patrick Peterson, Richard Sherman, Prince Amukamara
    S - Jaiquawn Jarrett, Da'Norris Searcy

Was just going to mention the 2011 draft. Jurrell Casey is another stud that could be added to that list. Great year for the D-line

    1998

    QB - Peyton Manning
RB - Fred Taylor, Ahman Green
WR - Randy Moss, Hines Ward
    TE - Stephen Alexander
    LT - Tra Thomas
    RT - Flozell Adams
G - Alan Faneca, Mike Wahle
    C - Matt Birk

DE - Greg Spires, Leonard Little
DT - Vonnie Holiday, Michael Myers
OLB - Takeo Spikes, Keith Brooking
    MLB - Jeremiah Trotter
CB - Charles Woodson, Patrick Surtain, Duane Starks
S - Corey Chavous, Lance Schulters

    Undrafted players
    C- Jeff Saturday
    LB - London Fletcher
K - Phil Dawson, Mike Vanderjagt

Obviously very strong on offence with Manning, Moss, Ward, Faneca and Birk plus Woodson on defence, while Jeff Saturday and London Fletcher were among the undrafted rookies. The 1998 draft will probably have featured 4 future Hall of Famers with Manning, Moss, Faneca and Woodson, all likely to be Canton bound.
