Your attachment doesn't work, this is a boards issue.

Edit, this is survey if someone can't find it on the rsa page

I posted in the bug report section about attachments. Wasn't sure if it was just me or a site wide issue. Thanks.

I don't know did I misunderstand that question about paying a premium in busier periods. Did they mean you would have to pay extra on top of your €55?

They were thinking about offering an option for appointment within few days if you pay more.

I kept repeating in the survey that test should be available to anyone within a day or two maximum without any extra fees.

In order to get an appointment at peak or busy times they are asking if you would pay more for a priority slot.

What I was laughing at was the question about electronic payments only, as in getting rid of cash payments at the centre. That's a joke as cash is legal tender and can't be refused for payment of a debt!

You haven't had the NCT completed before you enter the centre so there's no debt.

They actually ask about their idea to introduce other ways of payment. I wonder what ways? Paypal? Bitcoin? Gold? Diamonds? :D

A few weeks ago I rang the NCT to book an appointment. (26th Jan)
Date given was the 10th Feb. (Not possible to get any closer apparently)

Went online that night, Re-Scheduled for the 3rd Feb. (You could RE-Schedule without card details, Only full bookings needed

Booked an NCT earlier, (Sisters car) Date given 26th Feb, Went online to re-schedule and it's now NOT possible to do it without putting in card details!!

And now they're considering not taking cash payments at all?? (What about people who don't have cards?)
