Capping off hot and cold supply to sink in bathroom

I am renovating bathroom and sink will be moved to other side of room the pipes come out of concrete floor and seem to run from the bath pipes so I can't capp of above ground level floor will be tiled after so what would be the best way of capping them below ground so I tile after many thanks jim
