seems every time i go to the revenue website they have some new system or some new login. seems now they are trying to bring it all under 1 login though, so i guess thats a plus.

for a paye worker who submits a query via "my enquiries" - does anyone have experience with (1) timeframe for a reply and (2) method of reply .. post, email, online, what

    thanks

Depends on the office and staff resources and how accurate the user was with selecting the closest category that suited their question. Responses should be via my enquiries, unless you've asked for something which will require a hardcopy sent to you.

Would anyone have a rough idea with timeframe for this? Are we talking days, weeks, or months? Just wondering should I give up on my enquiry and ring them again. Couldn't get through the last few times.

I put in a query 5 weeks ago.... after 2 weeks they replied (in My Enquiries) and asked me for some additional information, which I provided that same day. So I have been waiting 3 weeks with no further reply. I guess it's their busy time of year.
