I see a new development in Kilternan just launched with the 4 bed mid terraces starting at €595k all the way up to almost 700k. Be interesting to see if these go as an indicator of where Dublins demand for family homes is at. At what prices do we get to before 2007 all over again.

To be fair - South County Dublin madness which never really died, but the sq footage of those are massive.
