Depends on the wiring which is what a fuse protects.
4500K is not Cool White. Maybe "normal white" or "daylight white".

    Hello,

Its for lighting a storage area off my workshop , but I'd like to be able to unplug it and use it a a portable work light.

Freddyuk can you elaborate - do you mean the wiring going from the light fitting to the plug, or the wiring from the socket to fuse box?

If the latter , the workshop has its own dedicated fusebox with standard sockets on a 25 Amp RCB.

If the former what wiring would you suggest?

    Cheers

The wiring from plug to light. Use 3 x 1.5 flex, into the light via a 20mm pg gland, and a 3 amp fuse in plug.
