Group Thesis on winter feeding

As part of the course in WIT we have to do a group thesis so we've decided to do it on winter feeding of in lamb ewes. I'm doing it on swedes and feeding cubes to sheep, another lad has them on hay and ration and the other fella has them on silage bales and cubes. my question is would any of ye know any useful websites, books or people we could contact regarding the project ? also any of ye're own input would be appreciated
