As title says . my mechanic says Citroen c4s have head gasket issues around 85k miles which mine is on .

As I only drive 3 mins to work every day and it its only a small amount of oil in water he says keep driving it for while but don't do any long trips .

He says will cost about 500/600 to fix which doesn't seem to bad as car is like new .

    Its a 2006 c4 1.4 petrol .

If I fix this how long realisticly will it run for .

Any other advice would be great
